Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers and staff, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking as per DSW standards.
• Receive inbound freight, prepare, and place merchandise on the sales floor, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
• Complete fulfillment functions including locating items, inspecting products, and preparing for pickup/delivery.
• Use company tools to search product availability and assist customers.
• Follow all policies for customer transactions and asset protection.
• Participate in daily team meetings and ongoing training.
• Support teamwork and inclusivity, respond to coaching and feedback.
