Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, personalize service, and share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program.
• Environment Maintenance: Keep the store clean and safe, handle merchandise, and maintain stockroom organization.
• Fulfillment: Complete the fulfillment process including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling.
• Customer Transactions: Operate registers accurately, handle cash, and partner with leadership on escalations.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive environment.

Experience:

No previous retail experience required.

The estimated pay range is $15.25 to $16.25, with actual pay based on experience, location, and organizational needs. Benefits are not included in this range.
