Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are.
• Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Answer questions regarding products and complete customer transactions, both in-store and digital.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment for customers and staff, including cleaning, organizing the stockroom, and handling inbound freight.
• Complete all functions of the fulfillment process, including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling for pickup/delivery.
• Operate the register accurately, handle cash, and partner with the CEL on escalated customer issues.
• Participate actively in team meetings and ongoing training, support inclusivity, and be open to coaching.

• Ability to stand or walk for up to 100% of the shift and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
