Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a helpful and friendly approach, read customer cues, match their needs with an elevated level of service, and meet the customer where they are at.
- Share the benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
- Answer questions regarding product and complete customer transactions through in-store sales or digital orders.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including clearing trash, cleaning the store and restrooms, vacuuming, and organizing merchandise.
- Receive inbound freight, prepare, and place merchandise on the sales floor, complete markdowns, and maintain stockroom organization.
- Complete all functions of the fulfillment process, including locating items, inspecting, packaging, and labeling.
- Use company tools to search product availability for customer orders.
- Follow all asset protection policies and procedures.
- Process customer transactions accurately, partner with the CEL on escalations, and operate the register efficiently.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training, be receptive to coaching, and support an inclusive team environment.

- Ability to stand or walk for up to 100% of the shift.
