Reports to: Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, match needs with service, and personalize the experience. Share and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
2. Maintain Environment: Keep the store clean and safe, including trash removal, cleaning, and organizing. Receive freight, stock shelves, and manage the stockroom according to standards.
3. Leverage In-store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment processes, locate items, inspect products, and ensure readiness for pickup/delivery. Use company tools like iPhone and Register for product searches and orders.
4. Customer Transactions: Process sales accurately, handle cash, and partner with the CEL on escalated issues. Follow all asset protection policies.
5. Team Participation and Energy: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment. Be receptive to coaching and feedback.

Experience: No prior retail experience required.
