Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Personalized Customer Service: Greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and meet them where they are.
- Loyalty Program: Share benefits, enroll new members.
- Product and Transaction Assistance: Answer questions, complete sales, digital orders.
- Maintain Store Environment: Keep the store neat, clean, safe, and organized, including cleaning, stocking, and housekeeping tasks.
- Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, prepare and display merchandise, complete markdowns, and organize stockroom.
- Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Complete fulfillment, locate items, inspect, package, and label products for pickup/delivery.
- Use Company Tools: Search product availability, operate registers.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Customer First: Handle transactions accurately, partner with leadership on escalations, follow asset protection policies.
- Bring Fun and Energy: Participate in team meetings, training, be receptive to coaching, support inclusivity.

- Proficiency with technology (registers, iPhone, calculator).
- Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally to frequently.
