The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. Store Associates perform salesfloor and warehouse functions, including assisting customers, merchandise placement, completing transactions, processing shipments, cleaning, and maintenance. They demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values, act as brand ambassadors, and are responsible for the end-to-end experience from online to store. Compliance with policies and procedures is essential.
