Job Overview

Responsibilities

1. Greet customers and personalize their shopping experience.
2. Promote and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
3. Assist customers with product questions and transactions.
4. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
5. Receive and organize merchandise, complete markdowns, and manage stockroom standards.
6. Fulfill online orders, ensure product readiness, and use store tools for customer service.
7. Process transactions accurately and partner with management on escalated customer issues.
8. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training, supporting an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Availability to meet the needs of the business.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
• Good communication skills and proficiency with technology (registers, mobile devices, calculators).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks regularly.
