Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be empowered to meet the customer where they are and personalize their experience: greet customers, read cues, match needs with service, and enroll in the Loyalty program.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment, including clearing trash, cleaning, and organizing the store and stockroom.
• Receive inbound freight, prepare merchandise, and organize the sales floor and stockroom.
• Complete fulfillment functions, locate items, inspect products, and ensure readiness for pickup/delivery.
• Follow policies for customer transactions, ensure accuracy, and partner with the CEL for escalations.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training, and support an inclusive team environment.
