Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet every customer warmly, read cues, match needs with service, and personalize their experience.
• Loyalty Program: Share benefits of the DSW Loyalty program and enroll new members.
• Product & Transaction Handling: Answer product questions, complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.
• Store Maintenance: Maintain a neat, clean, and safe environment—manage trash, organize shoes, clean the store, and handle stockroom organization.
• Merchandise Handling: Receive freight, stock shelves, complete markdowns, and maintain standards.
• Fulfillment & Digital Services: Complete order fulfillment, locate items, inspect products, and use company tools for searches and orders.
• Customer Service: Process transactions accurately, handle escalations with the CEL, and follow asset protection policies.
• Team Participation: Engage in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.
