General Summary
The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. They assess customer needs and execute the company’s customer service model, always prioritizing the customer. Store Associates perform salesfloor and warehouse functions, including assisting customers, merchandise placement, completing transactions, processing shipments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. They embody the company's values and act as brand ambassadors, responsible for the entire customer experience from online to in-store. Store Associates must adhere to all policies and procedures.
