The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. They assess customer needs and assist by executing the company’s customer service model, always prioritizing the customer. Store Associates perform salesfloor and warehouse functions, including assisting customers, merchandise placement, completing transactions, processing shipments, and maintaining the store environment. They must demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and act as brand ambassadors, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from online to in-store. Compliance with all policies and procedures is essential.

Reports to: Store Manager and/or Customer Experience Leader (CEL)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Personalized Customer Experience: Greet customers, assess needs, promote loyalty program, and handle transactions.
  • Maintain a Positive Shopping Environment: Keep the store clean, organized, and safe, including cleaning, stocking, and merchandising per standards.
  • Leverage In-Store and Digital Services: Fulfill orders, locate products, and use company tools for customer service.
  • Customer First Approach: Ensure accurate transactions, follow policies, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Bring Energy and Team Spirit: Participate in meetings, accept feedback, and support inclusivity.
