The Store Associate provides friendly service to customers shopping in-store and through omni-channel services. They assess customer needs and assist by executing the company’s customer service model, always prioritizing the customer. Store Associates perform salesfloor and warehouse functions, including assisting customers, merchandise placement, completing transactions, processing shipments, and maintaining the store environment. They must demonstrate behaviors aligned with company values and act as brand ambassadors, responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from online to in-store. Compliance with all policies and procedures is essential.
