Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Personalized Customer Experience:

• Greet customers warmly, read cues, match needs with service, and meet customers where they are.
• Share and enroll customers in the DSW Loyalty program.
• Answer product questions and complete transactions via in-store sales or digital orders.

Maintain a Positive Shopping Environment:

• Keep the store neat, clean, and safe—trash removal, cleaning, organizing stock, and maintaining standards.
• Handle inbound freight, prepare merchandise, and organize the stockroom.

Leverage In-Store and Digital Services:

• Complete fulfillment functions—locate, inspect, package, and label products for pickup/delivery.
• Use company tools for product availability and ordering.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Customer First Approach:

• Complete transactions accurately, follow policies, and partner with leadership on escalations.
• Follow asset protection policies.

Bring Energy and Support Teamwork:

• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Respond to coaching and support inclusivity.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.
• Professional, friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to move quickly and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with store technology (registers, devices, calculator).
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
