• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual athletes and the team.
• Conduct regular training sessions focusing on technique, strength, endurance, and skill development.
• Organize and oversee team practices, competitions, and events, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
• All coaches must be willing and able to be trained and approved to drive activity buses.

Physical Demands

Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching throughout the day; lifting or moving items up to 30 pounds; operating computer keyboard and other office equipment; close, distance, peripheral, depth vision, and overall hand, arm, and finger dexterity required.
