Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a DSPM Analyst to join a team modernizing data security processes and capabilities across the enterprise. The role focuses on supporting the Data & Retention Program and translating program objectives into actionable requirements for technology implementations.

You'll partner with business, legal, risk, and data stakeholders to drive compliant data handling, remediation activities, and sustainable governance of sensitive data risks.

Responsibilities

• Help develop, document, and refine data security posture management processes across systems and business processes.
• Support implementation of new DSPM technologies by eliciting business needs and documenting requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional sessions with stakeholders to align on requirements and remediation approaches.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure system design supports business requirements.
• Support QA services and user acceptance testing to validate requirements and controls.
• Act as a subject matter resource for DSPM processes and technologies.
• Govern remediation of non-compliance with data security requirements and standards.
• Assist data asset owners in understanding violations and documenting outcomes.
• Analyze recurring issues and remediation trends to improve DSPM processes.
• Engage with appropriate teams for risk considerations.
