Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC in Spring Hill, TN is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for Saturday and Sunday 7a–11p. You will assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and support their goals in the community.

This role emphasizes person-centered planning, rights advocacy, health and safety, communication, and independence. You will help with daily living tasks, transportation, and attending appointments, while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to person-centered support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ human, legal, and civil rights.
• Promote health and safety by supporting wellness initiatives.
