Job summary

Merakey is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our New Castle, DE program. Schedule: Thursday and Friday 3p-11p, Saturday 11a-11p. No experience required; PAID training provided. Payrate: $18.75/hr. You will support residents with daily living activities and mentor them to reach their goals under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• Verifiable High School diploma/G.E.D.
• Experience in a home health aide or similar setting preferred.
• Desire to help others reach their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Support independence and teach daily living tasks.
• Follow procedures under supervision of House Manager.
