Job summary

Unisity, LLC is seeking a RF Software Engineer L2 (DSP, C++, Linux) in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role focuses on designing and implementing DSP algorithms for high-throughput signal processing with emphasis on challenging modulation schemes.

The candidate must have 7+ years in DSP algorithm development and solid experience with C++, Linux, and Python. Active TS/SCI clearance is required for federal contract work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a DSP Algorithm developer on projects with similar software processes.
• 7+ years of experience with C++, Linux, Python, or similar development language.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline in DSP algorithms is required.
• MS may substitute two (2) years of experience with a Master of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
• MS or additional DSP experience can substitute for a Bachelor's Degree in some cases.
• 4 years of RF Software or equivalent experience on similar software projects may substitute for a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DSP algorithms in software.
• Develop DSP-focused algorithms for high-throughput signal processing with low SNR and adaptive modulations.
• Modify existing software/firmware to meet specialized Government needs.
• Provide concise explanations of developed models to enable team use.
