Crosspoint prioritizes the safety of our team members and the individuals we serve. We provide comprehensive training and coaching that equips staff with the skills they need to succeed, including First Aid and CPR, basic health and safety practices, emergency response procedures, individualized support strategies, documentation, communication, advocacy, and so much more.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Promote socialization through community outings and individualized one‑on‑one outings with individuals served.
• Ensure the health and safety of individuals served while promoting independent living skills in the community and in the home.
• Assist with and teach activities of daily living.
• Actively participate as a valued member of the individuals served treatment team.

Shifts

• First Shift: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. (Monday‑Friday)
• First Shift: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. with alternating weekends (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
• Second Shift: 4 p.m. – 12 a.m.
• Third Shift: 12 a.m. – 8 a.m. with alternating weekends (8 p.m. – 8 a.m.)

No DSP certification? No problem! Crosspoint Human Services offers comprehensive on‑the‑job training to become a DSP in 90 days.
