Job summary

SOAR365 is seeking a DSP Lead to coordinate daily activities for individuals with disabilities across center-based and community programs. You will mentor staff, oversee engagement, and help ensure quality service, with responsibilities including participant support, documentation, and occasional transportation.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience; Medication Administration certification and a valid driver’s license are required or must be

Qualifications

• Supervise participants and guide staff while implementing individualized training plans.
• Experience working with persons with disabilities preferred; team leadership is a plus.
• Must maintain Medication Administration certification and a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with activities that promote independence and social interaction.
• Mentor direct support professionals and coach on engagement strategies and behavior support.
• Assist with staff scheduling, documentation review, and ensuring timely completion when supervisor is unavailable.
• Support participants with personal care needs and accompany them on community outings; provide transportation when needed.
