Hearts in Homes is hiring full-time in-home caregivers in Ramsey/Hennepin, MN. Pay ranges from $20 to $22 per hour with 30–40 hours per week, health benefits after 60 days, and paid training. We provide consistent schedules based on member needs and comprehensive support from our office team.

Caregivers help individuals stay independent, participate in activities, and manage daily routines in their homes and communities. No bathing or medication administration is required.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, be authorized to work in the U.S., complete background screening and training, and be comfortable using a smartphone.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
• Assist with grocery shopping, errands, meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities and hobbies.
• Document simple shift notes and support individual goals.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll work one-on-one with someone who needs support with everyday life. Responsibilities may include:

• Grocery shopping, errands, and community outings
• Meal preparation, cooking, and household routines
• Laundry, light housekeeping, and organizing
• Going for walks, playing games, doing puzzles, and enjoying hobbies
• Companionship and meaningful activities
• Helping with paperwork and everyday tasks
• Building daily living skills and independence
• Supporting individual goals
• Completing simple shift documentation

These positions do not involve bathing, toileting, or medication administration.
