Hearts in Homes in Minnesota is seeking a full-time in-home caregiver to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes and communities. You’ll help with daily routines, accompany clients on errands and activities, and support independence and quality of life.

This role offers 30–40 hours per week, pay of $20–$22 per hour, and benefits after eligibility, plus paid training, mileage reimbursement, direct deposit, and access to earned wages before payday.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Willing to complete required background screening and training.
• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.

What You'll Be Doing
