Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Jefferson and Lewis County, NY. The role involves helping clients learn work skills and providing on-the-job coaching in local businesses. Hours vary and pay is hourly.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $21.25 per hour, based on experience, with potential for additional mileage reimbursement and a supportive non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation.
• Mileage reimbursement.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual / developmental disabilities preferred.
• Must have technology available to download multiple apps and abide by ARISE technology policy.

Responsibilities
