BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work one-on-one with clients in homes and communities. You’ll mentor, advocate, and enable independence for individuals with disabilities, including Autism and Down syndrome, helping them thrive daily.

What We’re Looking For in Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP):

• 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts and locations
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive clients to activities
• Willingness to travel between clients within your assigned area

What You’ll Do as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Support daily routines like dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community outings
• Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation
• Help individuals stay active, connected, and engaged in their communities

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $18/hour
• Flexible PRN scheduling with a variety of shifts and locations
• Short commute times—we aim to place you within 30 minutes of home
