BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate in-home care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across New Castle and surrounding counties in Delaware.

A minimum of one year of verifiable experience with I/DD is required, and BAYADA offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Responsibilities include specialized support at clients' homes, promoting independence, and maintaining a safe, positive home environment.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with I/DD
• Ability to work independently in the community

Locations: Wilmington Manor, Bayview Manor, Collins Park, Minquadale, and surrounding areas.

Pay: $17.50-$18/hr. (dependent on experience)
