Job summary

The Arc of Centre County is seeking a DSP Generalist to support adults with IDD/A in homes and communities across State College and Bellefonte, PA. This multi-site role offers full-time opportunity with potential part-time weekend openings.

Starting pay is $20/hour with a $1,200 sign-on bonus, plus $1/hour for nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, life and disability coverage, 401(k), mileage reimbursement and paid training.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Able to pass required physical, and TB screening
• Able to assist with physical supports including lifting, bending, standing, and transferring as needed

Location: Multiple Group Homes in State College & Bellefonte, PA

Schedule: Full-Time (Part-Time also available)

Required Qualifications
