Job summary

Dungarvin is looking for a passionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Shoreview, MN. You will impact individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on a daily basis. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe environment, and documenting progress according to individual service plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Willingness to assist individuals with personal cares and activities of daily living.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily living activities and community engagement.
• Maintain a clean and supportive living environment.

• Transport individuals as needed.
