Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities across the state. As a DSP you will work one-on-one, assist with daily living activities, document services, and stay connected with the care team.

We offer flexible hours, local cases, and a supportive team to help you succeed. Hours are flexible with day, evening and weekend shifts to fit your life, with pay ranging $18–$24 per

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Compassionate, dependable, and motivated to make a difference.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support

Education
