Job summary

ASG Home Care in New Jersey is actively hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You will work one-on-one with clients, following each person's ISP, and promote independence and daily living success.

We offer flexible hours with cases across New Jersey and a competitive pay of $18–$24 per hour. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver's license preferred, CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized home and community-based support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation
• Encourage independence and community participation aligned with each client's ISP
• Document services accurately and communicate with the care team
• Build meaningful, consistent relationships with the individuals you support
