RISE is hiring Direct Support Professional Drivers in Kingman, AZ to assist individuals with disabilities with transportation, daily living, hygiene, meal prep, and behavioral supports. This part-time position requires a valid Arizona driver's license, CPR/First Aid, and reliable transportation.

You will follow RISE policies, maintain documentation, complete driver safety training, and work flexible on-shift hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience and education in the field of developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must be 21+ to drive a Rise vehicle and meet other requirements as specified by the Rise Insurance Agency.
• Must have a current and clear Arizona State Driver's license.
• Verbal and written communication skills adequate to the specific job.
• Satisfactory background check and obtain Level One Fingerprint Card clearance.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and access to a telephone.

Aufgaben

• Provide assistance to people receiving support through the implementation of the RISE mission, vision, and values.
• Demonstrate respect and promote choice.
• Promote the rights of people receiving support and contribute to an environment that is free of abuse, neglect and exploitation.
• Support people in achieving outcomes identified in the person's plan; maintain required documentation.
• Complete RISE driver safety training and follow transportation policy.
• Drive when on shift and provide transportation as needed.
• Act as a role model and support people in proper language, dress, and behavior.
• Maintain clean and safe environments; respond to emergencies appropriately.
• Follow RISE personnel practices and policy, including attendance and training requirements.
• Maintain records and logs as required by ISPP, RISE policy and state rules.
