Job summary

Rise Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professional Drivers for a graveyard shift in Lake Havasu City, AZ. The role includes assisting individuals with transportation, mobility, daily living, hygiene, meal preparation and behavioral supports.

Candidates should have CPR/First Aid on file, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and be 21+ to drive. Expect to follow safety policies, complete training, and maintain logs as required by RISE policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing support to people with disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Must have a current and clear Arizona State Driver’s license.
• Must be over twenty-one (21) years to drive a RISE vehicle and meet other requirements.
• Reliable transportation to the work site and access to a telephone.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to people receiving support per RISE mission and values.
• Assist with transportation, mobility, daily living, hygiene, meal prep and behavioral supports.
• Maintain required documentation and follow transportation policy and safety training.
