Job summary

Kindly Direct Care is seeking an energetic Direct Support Professional to work with a young individual on Monday and Friday evenings from 4:30-7:30 pm and Saturdays 10:00-2:00 pm. The candidate should be compassionate, loyal and dependable, and willing to support individuals with developmental disabilities.

DSPs must be open-minded, have a valid driver’s license, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist a young individual with developmental disabilities during scheduled shifts (Mon/Fri 4:30–7:30 pm; Sat 10:00–2:00 pm).
• Support individuals who use nontraditional means of communication and act proactively to meet needs.
