Midwest Family Services in Massillon, OH is seeking a DSP - Direct Care for a Day Program on the 1st shift (Monday-Friday). This position offers starting pay of $14 per hour and the chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental needs.

Responsibilities include promoting independence, assisting with daily activities, and supporting community involvement. Benefits include paid training, health insurance for eligible employees, and a 401k with company matching.
