Midwest Family Services is seeking a DSP - Direct Care - Direct Support for our Day Program in Massillon, OH. This 1st shift role starts at $14 per hour and requires compassionate, patient care and the ability to promote independence in participants.

You will help individuals engage in life experiences, trips, crafts, and community activities, building self-esteem and confidence while making a daily positive impact. A team-oriented environment supports professional growth and meaningful work.
