Forward Thinking Logistics LLC in Newark, NJ is hiring a Delivery Associate to join an Amazon DSP. You will safely operate cargo vans, perform in-home deliveries, and use Amazon tech for navigation and confirmations.

The role offers morning/afternoon shifts with opportunities for growth. Minimum 21 years old with a valid license (CDL not required) and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Background checks and screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL not required.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving with box trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in 3 years.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks and drug screening.
• DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Cargo Vans and delivery vehicles on assigned routes.
• Perform in-home deliveries and place items as directed.
• Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and confirmations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain high customer service and professionalism.
• Work with a helper to safely handle heavy items.

About the Role:
Forward Thinking Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP), is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our Amazon XL (AMZL) delivery team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Cargo Vans, CDV, and Step Vans on assigned routes.

• Perform in-home deliveries and place items in customer-designated areas.

• Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmations.

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

• Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon safety standards.

• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.

• Work closely with a helper to ensure safe handling of heavy items.

Shifts: Morning, afternoon, weekday, and/or weekend
