Job summary

Forward Thinking Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is seeking reliable Delivery Associates to join the AMZL delivery team. You will safely operate cargo vans and step vans, perform in-home deliveries, and use Amazon's navigation and scanning tools on a daily route from DJZ5, Newark.

Starting hourly wage is $23.75, with morning, afternoon, or weekend shifts. Minimum 21 years old, clean driving record, ability to lift 50 lbs, and successful background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver's license (CDL not required).
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable driving experience with box trucks or commercial vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.
• Able to lift 50 lbs alone.
• Must pass background check, MVR review, and drug screening.
• DOT medical card may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Cargo Vans, CDV, and Step Vans on assigned routes.
• Perform in-home deliveries and place items in customer-designated areas.
• Use Amazon technology for navigation, scanning, and delivery confirmations.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow all DOT, company, and Amazon safety standards.
• Maintain excellent customer service and professionalism.
• Work closely with a helper to ensure safe handling of heavy items.
