Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is offering a full-time Program Specialist position in Dayton, OH, with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour. Training for this role is provided in full, and no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities include direct care, supervision, and transportation of individuals to the Day Program, with emphasis on independence and health/safety. A valid driver's license and ability to perform physical tasks are required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license.
• Motor Vehicle Record must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria.
• Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
