Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related technical discipline.
• Strong foundation in mathematical analysis, DSP, and algorithm development.
• Evidence of high-quality code development with/without AI code generation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in both software development and hands-on lab experimentation.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced signal processing algorithms for electrical and optical measurements.
• Invent and implement measurement techniques that characterize signal quality and system performance.
• Develop calibration, correction, and compensation algorithms to improve accuracy and repeatability.
• Create customer-facing software features to simplify workflows and improve UX.
• Build automated test frameworks and validation tools for algorithm performance.
• Analyze large waveform datasets and translate results into engineering insights.
• Collaborate across software, hardware, firmware, and system teams to take products from concept to market.
• Document and present technical innovations across global teams.
• Support customers by presenting technical solutions and working with them on complex challenges.
• Stay at the forefront of signaling and processing technologies through continuous learning.
