Overview
An Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) is a community-based home that provides clinical and supportive care to people with ID/DD. People living in an ICF typically require long-term care and have a higher level of need related to medical or behavioral complexities. Clinical supports are provided on-site through an interdisciplinary team process.
