HealthChoice Waiver Services LLC in Saint Paul, MN seeks compassionate IHS staff to support adults with disabilities in home and community settings. You will provide individualized assistance to promote independence, daily living skills, and community participation.

Responsibilities include helping with meal prep, transportation, scheduling, documentation, and communicating professionally with clients and families. Must have reliable transportation and be flexible about shifts.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to be flexible with scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
