Job summary

HealthChoice Waiver Services LLC seeks compassionate direct support professionals to assist adults with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will help with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and support participation in community activities.

Responsibilities include creating safe routines, documenting services, and communicating professionally with clients and families. A reliable driver and flexible schedule are preferred as you join a dedicated team.

Qualifications

Position Overview
