Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass criminal and healthcare registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Promote client outcomes in various realms.
• Maintain schedule of services/activities.
• Provide respite and companionship.
• Complete documentation timely.

Skills

Promote client outcomes in behavioral, social, and vocational realms

Assist client participation in leisure/recreational activities

Ability to achieve competency in required knowledge, skills, and abilities

Work independently in the community and/or client’s home

Experience with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)

Education
