Capitol City Residential Healthcare in Nashville, TN is seeking Direct Support Professionals to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live safe, self-directed lives. We offer full-time, part-time and on-demand call-in roles across multiple locations, including a 7 days on/7 days off schedule for full-time employees.

Positions involve assisting with daily living, transportation, companionship and documentation.

Qualifications

• Compassion, creativity and integrity when supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.
• Ability to document daily reports electronically.
• Ability to drive clients to appointments and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Read, write, and carry out directions for client care.
• Chart daily notes for review by others.
• Provide companionship and supportive listening.
• Transport clients to appointments; valid driver’s license required.
• Facilitate community and recreational outings and activities.
