Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a group home, DSP, or client care role.
• 1+ years of experience in de-escalation/redirection skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a DHS background and Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Effective communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with vulnerable adults living with mental illnesses.
• Ensure health, safety, and well-being of the persons served.
• Assist with active treatment services and daily living skills.
• Support the Designated Coordinator with various tasks.
