One Vision in Clear Lake, IA is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSP) for a Back-End Day Schedule with 12-hour shifts. Roles involve helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independently, including daily living tasks, documentation, and community activities.

The position offers a stable schedule with on-site work, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a compassionate, inclusive team.

Formación

• Must be 18+ and able to perform duties.
• HS Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license and insurance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility.
• Background checks and health screenings required; training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living tasks (cooking, hygiene, laundry, medications).
• Encourage independence, confidence and personal growth.
• Support recreational activities and community involvement.
• Drive individuals to outings, appointments and events.
• Maintain documentation in electronic systems; manage basic finances and shopping.
