Job summary

BAIG, LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live as independently as possible. You will provide direct care, assist with ADLs, document progress, and support daily activities.

This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care, teamwork with families and supervisors, and adherence to health and safety protocols including medications when directed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and person-centered approach to care.
