Job summary

The Community Supports Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide daily support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community and home settings. This entry-level role includes paid training, growth opportunities, and no prior experience required.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, transportation, and community participation while following individual care plans and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable vehicle for transportation during shifts.
• Ability to pass required background checks.
• Ability to complete job-related training and certifications.
• No degree or prior experience required. Paid training is provided.

Pay and Compensation

• Hourly pay range $16.00 to $17.00 per hour


• Shift differentials may apply based on schedule and coverage needs
