Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze prospect eligibility for Medicaid and Medicare enrollment.
• Explain eligibility requirements and required forms to prospects.
• Coordinate with Duals Field, Inside Sales Reps, and brokers to move cases through pipeline.
• Document outreach activities in the CRM system.
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
