Job summary

Western State Hospital seeks an LPN to support rehabilitation efforts and deliver compassionate care to patients and residents. You will follow treatment plans, monitor conditions, and report findings to the team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, observing patient status, and contributing to a therapeutic environment while adhering to hospital policies and safety standards. CPR preferred and Washington licensure required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Washington state.
• Ability to apply nursing principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and observe patient conditions.

In the field of behavioral healthcare, your role is vital in promoting the well-being and recovery of our patients and residents.

Some of what you'll do:

• Detail-oriented reporting and ability to relay clear, accurate information

Preferred Qualification:

• CPR certified

Additional Information:

Pierce County employees are eligible to receive an Orca Card for transportation needs. Opportunities performed on-site at this work location at least three days a week may be eligible for an additional 5% premium pay in addition to the advertised salary. Evening and Night shifts include an additional $2.50 per hour shift differential.
