Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is seeking an OOS Human Resource Consultant 2 to provide professional-level HR consultation to administrators, managers, supervisors, and staff on sensitive HR topics, including leaves, classifications, and benefits. You will advise on leave accruals, process HR actions, and train staff while ensuring compliance with WACs, CBAs, and agency policies.
